It is a nicely decorated property located in 02. Leopoldstadt district very close to a subway station on the U1 line and all public transport and the tube. Location is favourable and convenient, by 2 supermarkets.

I always choose this place for my stay because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff even helped me with taxi tips when I first arrived. Coming back for Christmas!

The staff I encountered were very excellent and excellent co-operating. The room was brand-new and huge, had private bathroom. The service was great, the food was fresh...

everything was simply very good. staff were respectful and the hotel was fine, it had excellent location close to the u-bahn.

Spacious, clean rooms with all necessary appliances. Good WiFi and convenient garage. Close to Ubahn and a 10min walk to Prater. Great breakfast. Family-friendly, kids loved it.

The room I stayed in was spacious and well-designed and complete with microwave, good soundproofing, Cody chair. There were a dishwasher, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge too. The hotel's location was central, in the very center.

The room was fashionable and there were TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Marvellous and favourable location near U-Bahn station, that was handy.

The studio apartment was brand-new, it had a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment and a dining area. Its location close to Stop 10 or 11 of the Big Bus was marvellous.

I liked spending time here. This place was fine and the staff was respectful. The breakfast was good with a wide array of products. A microwave oven, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee making facilities in fully-equipped rooms were awesome.

We had a perfect 10/10 time in this best western hotel in Vienna. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of a large park.

Loved the spacious suite, perfect for my son's study needs. Air conditioning worked like a charm, and so quiet! Super close to the subway and supermarkets.

The wifi connection was worse than playing hide and seek. And who needs safety anyway?

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. The location was great, only a short walk away from both the stadium and amusement park. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. We found some dirt and discarded items left from previous guests.
